大学の学生課や教務課、国際企画課等の窓口では、学生生活・修学に関する支援を行っています。学生生活を円滑に、そして有意義に送るため必要な手続きがどの窓口で行われているか確認しましょう。

どこの窓口でどんな対応をしたらいいかが分からない場合は、以下を参考にしてみてください。

連絡先や氏名が変わったとき

改姓したとき

窓口:オンライン
対応事項:学生・保証人連絡先変更フォームをオンラインで提出してください
期限:改姓したらすぐに

住所やEメールアドレス、電話番号が変わったとき

窓口:オンライン
対応事項:学生・保証人連絡先変更フォームをオンラインで提出してください
期限:変更があったらすぐに

■保証人の住所やEメールアドレス、電話番号が変わったとき

窓口:オンライン
対応事項:学生・保証人連絡先変更フォームをオンラインで提出してください
期限:変更があったらすぐに

大学に入学するとき

■留学生としての登録手続きをするとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:留学生登録フォーム(入学時に配布します)をメールで提出してください。
期限:入学したらすぐに

大学生活に関すること

■留学生が一時帰国・海外旅行等で日本から出国するとき

窓口:オンライン
対応事項:海外渡航届をオンラインで提出してください。
期限:予定がきまったらすぐに

各種証明書発行に関すること

■国費留学生である証明書が必要なとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:Google Classroomの留学生オンライン窓口(藝大アカウントでログインが必要。クラスコードは”s5slrnu”です。)から申請してください。
期限:必要になったらすぐに(申請から発行までに1週間程度かかります)

■在学証明書が必要なとき

窓口:学生課の証明書自動発行機/または所属する学部・研究科の教務係
対応事項:学生課の証明書自動発行機で各自で操作し発行(キャンパスプランで使用するパスワードが必要です)/または、所属する学部・研究科の教務係で必要な手続きを確認してください。
期限:即日発行/教務係への発行依頼の場合はそれぞれの教務係へ確認ください

■成績証明書が必要なとき

窓口:学生課の証明書自動発行機/または所属する学部・研究科の教務係
対応事項:学生課の証明書自動発行機で各自で操作し発行(キャンパスプランで使用するパスワードが必要です)/または、所属する学部・研究科の教務係で必要な手続きを確認してください。
期限:即日発行/教務係への発行依頼の場合はそれぞれの教務係へ確認ください

■研究内容証明書が必要なとき

窓口:所属する学部・研究科の教務係
対応事項:所属する学部・研究科の教務係で必要な手続きを確認してください。
期限:それぞれの教務係へ確認ください

在留資格に関すること

■留学生が在留資格を更新・変更等するとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:Google Classroomの留学生オンライン窓口(藝大アカウントでログインが必要。クラスコードは”s5slrnu”です。)から申請してください。
期限:必要になったらすぐに(申請から発行までに1週間程度かかります)
※在留期間更新は在留期限の満了する約3ヶ月前から

■在留カードが更新されたとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:Google Classroomの留学生オンライン窓口(藝大アカウントでログインが必要。クラスコードは”s5slrnu”です。)から新しい在留カードのスキャンデータを提出してください。
期限:新しい在留カードを受け取ったらすぐに

■留学生が資格外許可を取得したとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:Google Classroomの留学生オンライン窓口(藝大アカウントでログインが必要。クラスコードは”s5slrnu”です。)から新しい在留カードのスキャンデータを提出してください(Google Classroom内の<申請後/新しい在留カードを受け取ったら>と同様の手順で提出してください。)
期限:資格外許可を取得したらすぐに

■留学生が卒業・修了後に「就職活動」を希望するとき

窓口:国際企画課
対応事項:必要書類を国際企画課に提出してください。
期限:卒業・修了前

The Student Affairs Division, the Educational Affairs Section, and the International Affairs Division in the University offer various supports regarding the student life and study. Confirm where to seek support on campus to make your student life smooth and meaningful.

When your contact information or your name has changed

When you have been admitted to the university

■When you need to be registered as an international student

What to do:Submit International student registration form (Distributed at the time of enrollment) via email
When:As soon as possible after enrollment (mid April for spring admission or mid October for fall admission)

Regarding the campus life

■You need to leave Japan temporarily

What to do:Submit International Travel Form
When:As soon as you have made plans

Issue of various certificates

■You need a MEXT scholarship student certificate

Where:International Affairs Division
What to do:Apply through the Google Classroom/Online desk for International Students (Geidai account required. Class Code: “s5slrnu”)
When:As soon as you need the document (Please note that it takes one week to process your request.)

■You need a certificate of enrollment

Where:An automated certificate printer at the Student Affairs Division/the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty
What to do:The document can be issued from an automated certificate printer at the Student Affairs Division by yourself (required your password of the campus plan)/Request the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty to issue
When:Anytime during office hours/Check with the office of your faculty

■You need a transcript

Where:An automated certificate printer at the Student Affairs Division/the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty
What to do:The document can be issued from an automated certificate printer at the Student Affairs Division by yourself (required your password of the campus plan)/Request the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty to issue
When:Anytime during office hours/Check with the office of your faculty

■You need a research activity statement

Where:The Educational Affairs Section of your faculty
What to do:Request the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty to issue
When:Check with the Educational Affairs Section of your faculty

Regarding the residence card

■You need to renew or change your status of residence

Where:International Affairs Division
What to do:
Apply through the
Google Classroom/Online desk for International Students (Geidai account required. Class Code: “s5slrnu”)
When:As soon as you need the document (Please note that it takes one week to process your request.)
*Please apply in a timely manner (up to three months before the expiration of current residence card).

■Your residence card has been renewed

Where:International Affairs Division
What to do:
Submit the photocopy of your new residence card through the Google Classroom/Online desk for International Students (Geidai account required. Class Code: “s5slrnu”)

When:As soon as you have received your new residence card

■You have obtained a permission to engage in an activity other than those permitted by the status of residence previously granted

Submit the photocopy of your new residence card through the
