2018年留学生見学旅行
日時：2018年6月5日（火）日帰り
出発／帰着：朝 8時30分／夜7時00分頃
集合場所：藝大国際企画課前 ※朝8時30分までに来てください【時間厳守】
旅行内容：大型バスで栃木エリアに行きます
・益子焼作り（手びねり体験）
・大谷資料館（地下採掘場跡見学）
・栃木県立美術館（現代美術鑑賞）
申込について
参加費：1,000円（昼食代等）
募集人数：40名程度
申込場所：上野キャンパス 国際企画課窓口
申込締切：5月16日（水）17:00

・原則、申し込み（支払い）
・ただし、応募者多数の場合、抽選で参加者を決定します。
・上記のスケジュールは変更になる場合があります。

We are excited to now invite you to the International Student Trip 2018 as follows.
If you are interested in joining, please make your application by bringing a completed form (a receipt) along with 1,000 YEN of participation fees, at the counter of International Affairs Office.
(Please note that we have NO change. Application forms are available at the counter for you to fill in there.)
2018 International Student Trip
-Date: Tuesday, June 5, 2018 (One-day)
-Departure – 8:30 am sharp / Returning – 7:00 pm
*Please come to the lounge in front of International Affairs Office by 8:30 am.
On this trip, we will go to Tochigi area by a large bus to hand-build a Mashiko ceramic ware, visit Ohya History Museum for the historic site of underground quarry, and enjoy contemporary artwork at Tochigi Prefectural Museum of Fine Arts.
Application Procedures
-Participation fees: 1,000 Yen (for lunch etc.)
-Seating capacity: about 40
**Application must be made by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, May 16 at International Affairs Office (Kokusai Kikakuka)**

*No cancellations allowed after payment.
*In case of many applications, we will hold a draw for place allocation. When your seat cannot be prepared, we will let you know about the refund procedures via email. (Priority will be put to those students who have never been on our international student trips before.)
*Details of the trip are subject to change.
★If you are a student from either Toride, Senju or Yokohama campus and have difficulty to come to Ueno for application, please first let us know by email.
