英文ライティング オンライン相談English Writing Consultation (Online)
ライティングサポート内容
- 学外に提出する文書（学術性・専門性の高いものを除く）で、学生自身が作成した英文について、言語的・形式的な観点からアドバイスを行います。主に、アーティストステートメント、ポートフォリオの文章、各種申請書類など、学術・芸術活動に必要な文章の添削を行います。
- 文書の内容に関わる事項については、自身の指導教員に相談してください。
- 翻訳は行いません。
- 相談したい文量・担当者の業務状況によっては対応できない場合がありますのでご了承ください。
- オンライン相談はGoogle Meetで行います。予約が確認できたら後日リンクをメールでお送りします。

＜参考＞言語・音声トレーニングセンターの個人指導
本学では、語学に関する個人指導は言語・音声トレーニングセンターでも行っています。英語の個人指導は、授業期間中の月曜（２限）、火曜（５限）・水曜（５限）、木曜（２限）にそれぞれ異なる教員が担当しています。また、英語の他にドイツ語・フランス語・イタリア語にも対応しています。詳しくは言語・音声トレーニングセンターのウェブサイトをご覧ください。

English Writing Support:
- We can offer support for documents and projects due to be published outside the university（excluding highly-specialized writing) and writing produced by the students themselves for which we can offer guidance on the language, style and presentation of the written content. We mainly give advice concerning texts related to students art and academic practices such as artist statements, portfolio texts (e.g. artist bio) and a variety of application texts.
- Please consult your supervisor or professor regarding questions and concerns related to the content of your texts.
- We do not offer translation.
- Please note that we may not be able to offer assistance for texts of certain lengths and depending on the consultation staff’s workload.
- Online consultations will be conducted via Google Meet. We will send you the link later when the reservation is confirmed.
Tutor: Ann Yamamoto
Graduated with masters degree in urban planning from Columbia University and earned PhD at the University of Tokyo in the Department of Urban Engineering. Research interests are harnessing cultural activities for local development and learning processes within online environments.

Non-English native students of all faculties and graduate schools.

Individual Consultations and Support at the Language and Speech Training Center
At Tokyo University of the Arts, individual support and consultation is also available at the Language and Speech Training Center. One-to-one English classes are offered by instructors on Mondays (5th period), Tuesdays (5th period), Wednesdays (4th period), and Thursdays (5th period) . Aside from English, support for German, French and Italian is also available. For more information please visit the Language and Speech Training Center website.
