海外から日本に入国する方は、日本に到着したら大学に入国したことをお知らせください。
入国報告をお願いする対象は、国籍を問わず、海外から入国する学生・教職員の全員です。
大学への報告の仕方
日本に到着したら、「入国者報告フォーム」で大学にあなたが入国したことを報告してください。
入国者報告フォームに書いていただいた情報は、海外から入国された方の状況を大学が把握し、入国された方と大学コミュニティ全体の安全をフォローするために使用します。
The students and faculty staff members regardless of nationality who will (re-)enter Japan from abroad are requested to inform the university on your immigration status and health condition as follows upon your arrival in Japan.
How to inform the university
Upon your arrival, use the “Report form when you enter Japan（入国者報告フォーム）” to inform the university on your immigration status and health condition.
The submitted information will be used to identify the situation of those who enter Japan from overseas and manage their safety and safety of the whole university community.
