日本へ入国する際に適用される検疫措置について 2023.3.1更新
新規入国・再入国にかかわらず、以下の措置に従ってください。
本文と厚生労働省の案内が異なる場合は、厚生労働省の案内を参照してください。
令和５年３月１日以降、中国（香港・マカオを除く）からの直行便で入国される方は、ワクチン接種証明書の有無にかかわらず、出国前検査証明書が必要となります。

Quarantine measures applicable to entry into Japan 2023.3.1 updated
Whether you enter newly into Japan or re-entry into Japan, you must follow the latest measures (see the link below) prescribed by the Japanese government upon their arrival.
In case that this information and a guidance by MLFW are different, please refer to a guidance by MLFW.
After 00:00 JST on March 1st, 2023, all those who are entering Japan via a direct flight from China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau) are required to obtain a certificate of Pre-departure Test.
