なお、出入国在留管理庁も、12月29日（火）から1月3日（
１２月・１月に在留期限の更新などがある方は、
国際企画課以外の大学の窓口も、2020年12月26日（土）
国際企画課
The office of the International Affairs Division will be closed for nine days from Saturday, December 26, 2020, to Sunday, January 3, 2021, due to the New Year’s Holidays.
During this time, we’ll be unable to respond to phone calls or emails. If there is anything you need assistance with, please contact us on weekdays before or after the closure period mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
For the same reason, the Immigration Bureau of Japan will also be closed from Tuesday, December 29, to Sunday, January 3. No applications will be accepted during the holidays. Please check the validity of your current period of stay on your Residence Card and make sure it doesn’t expire in December or January. If you apply after the period of stay has expired, your application may be rejected and, in the worst case scenario, you might be deported to your country.

Other divisions of the university will also be closed from Saturday, December 26, 2020, to Sunday, January 3, 2021. Please note that any kind of certificate cannot be issued during this period.
