世界的に新型コロナウイルス感染症が流行している中で、日本を含め各国の出入国制限やフライトの状況が流動的になる可能性があります。
一時帰国・出国しなければならない特別な事情がある場合は、フライトチケットを購入する前に出入国に関するルールを知りましょう。
以下の２つのリンク先を読んで、指導教員の先生に相談してください。
現在、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響で、日本への入国時（再入国含む）に特別な措置がとられています。措置内容は状況に応じ変更が発生します。ご自身で、以下の外務省、厚生労働省のリンクや、日本国大使館のホームページなどから情報収集してください。
【2022.10.11更新】「水際対策強化に係る新たな措置（27）（令和4年2月24日）」における「オミクロン株以外の変異株が支配的となっていることが確認されている国・地域」以外の国・地域）からの全ての帰国者・入国者について、原則として、入国時検査を実施せず、入国後の自宅又は宿泊施設での待機、待機期間中のフォローアップ、公共交通機関不使用等を求めないこととなりました。また、全ての帰国者・入国者について、世界保健機関(WHO)の緊急使用リストに掲載されているワクチンの接種証明書（3回）または出国前72時間以内に受けた検査の陰性証明書のいずれかの提出が求められることになりました。

As the COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing worldwide, the border controls of many countries including Japan and flight conditions can be fluid.
If you have a special reason and cannot avoid traveling to your country, or leave Japan, please learn the procedure and rules regarding re-entry to Japan before you purchase your flight ticket(s). Please check the links of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare below, as well as the websites of Japanese Embassies.
Currently, special measures are implemented when (re-)entering Japan due to the spread of COVID-19.
These measures are subject to change depending on the situation, so please keep up with the latest information on the websites of the Japanese embassy in your country and other reliable sources.
*[updated on October 11, 2022] For all cross-border travelers and returnees from countries/regions except for those where COVID-19 variants other than the Omicron variant become dominant, based on the New Border Measures (27) (February 24, 2022)), on-arrival test at the quarantine station, self-quarantine in places such as their own residence or accommodations, and refraining from use of public transportation are no longer required in principle. In addition, all returnees and entrants are required to provide either a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate (3 doses) of vaccines on the Emergency Use List of World Health Organization (WHO) or a certificate of negative result of pre-departure COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to departing from the original country/region
