「Let’s explore Japanese Kimono culture!」
グローバルサポートセンターより、日本文化体験イベント開催のお知らせです。
日本の伝統や文化、芸術と深く結びつく着物について学び、体験してみませんか？
ご存じかも知れませんが着物は、西洋服・洋服と区別して従来の日本の衣服を指します。

場所 ｜国際交流棟（TAKI-PLAZA）4階 コモンスペース、茶室
定員 ｜15名 ※先着順。定員になり次第締切
参加費 ｜無料
参加資格｜藝大留学生（国費、研究生、交換留学生など在籍課程や専攻は問わず）
内容 ｜
１、レクチャー（30分）
・着物の歴史、種類、織、染めなど
・着付けについて
２、着物に触れよう！（30分）
・実際の着物や羽織に触れる
・もしも気に入ったものがあればイベント後、持ち帰り可能
２、日本舞踊動き体験（30分）
・邦楽演奏家の麻生花帆先生による日本舞踊の動き体験
・茶室についての説明

Japanese Cultural Experience Event
“Let’s explore Japanese Kimono culture!”
We invite you to learn about and experience the kimono, traditional Japanese garment which is deeply connected with Japanese traditions, culture, and art.
As you might know, it derives from the words ki (“wear”) and mono (“thing”)

[Event Summary]
Date: Tuesday, July 25, 2023, 13:00-14:30
Venue : Common Space and Tea Room, 4th floor of International Exchange Bldg (TAKI-PLAZA).
Capacity: 15 people *First-come-first-served basis. Closing when capacity is reached.
Program fee: Free
Eligibility: International students who are enrolled currently at Tokyo University of the Arts without distinction of regular and non regular course,degree level and major
Contents:
1) Mini Lecture (30 minutes)
History, types, weaving, dyeing, etc. of kimono
Kimono dressing
2) Let’s experience the kimono (30 minutes)
You can touch or wear actual kimono and haori.
If you find something you like, you can take it home with you after the event.
3) Japanese dance workshop (30 minutes)
Experience Nihon-Buyo (a form of traditional Japanese dance) movements by Aso Kaho sensei, a Japanese traditional music performer.
