このたび、2022年度後期に入学した留学生向けの上野キャンパスツアーと歓迎会を開催します。
歓迎会前半のガイダンスの内容は新入生向けですが、全留学生、国際交流に興味のある国内学生のご参加を歓迎します。
興味がある方はぜひ下の概要をみて応募してください。
どちらか一方のみの参加も可能です。みなさまのご参加をお待ちしています。

2. 新入留学生歓迎・交流会 午後５時半〜７時
・グローバルサポートセンター長、国際企画課長から歓迎の挨拶
・参加者による簡単な自己紹介
・日本での生活についての案内
・日本語の授業やグローバルサポートセンターのプログラムの紹介
・新入生から先輩学生への質問タイム
・グループにわかれて歓談タイム
[時間] 午後５時30分〜７時
[場所] 上野キャンパス 美術学部 中央棟の２階 第３講義室
[定員] 85名 先着順
注意：
・当日体調のすぐれない方は出席をお控えくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
・会場入室前に手指の消毒と非接触型体温計による検温をお願いいたします。
・室内ではマスク着用をお願いいたします。
Our faculty and staff at the Global Support Center and International Affairs Office are excited to hold an in-person campus tour and welcoming get-together for 2022 Fall new international students on Thursday, Oct. 27.
This is a great opportunity to learn about campus facilities and get to know each other.
All international students and the local students who wish to communicate with international students are welcome! We look forward to seeing you there!

1. Ueno campus tour 3:30 – 5:30 pm
The tour visits the following locations:
– Sogakudou Concert Hall
– Gymnasium
– International Exchange Hall
– University Library
– Art Media Center

2. Welcoming get-together 5:30 – 7:00 pm
– Greetings from the Director of the Global Support Center and Director of the International Student Affairs Division
– Short self-introductions from students
– Info session about life in Japan
– Short guidance on Japanese language classes and the Global Support Center programs (classes, events, etc.)
– Q&A session on campus life (current students, please help us answer questions from new students)
– Chat in small groups
[Time] 5:30 – 7:00 pm
[Place] Chuo Bldg, Lecture Room 3 (2nd floor), Faculty of Fine Arts, Ueno Campus
[Capacity] 85 *First-come-first-serve basis
Notes:
– If you are not feeling well, please refrain from participating in the event.
– Please disinfect your hands and measure your temperature with a non-contact thermometer before entering the venue.
– Please wear a mask inside the room.
