＜窓口対応について＞
大学事務室は、土日祝日の他に、夏季休暇中の2022年8月15日（月）から2022年8月19日（金）の間は、閉室します。
この期間中は、メール・電話での問い合わせにも対応できません。御用のある方は、閉鎖期間以外の平日に連絡くださるようお願いいたします。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
なお、この期間は在留資格の変更や在留期間更新手続きに必要な大学発行書類等、各種証明書の発行対応もできませんので、８月に在留期限の更新手続などを行う必要のある人は、7月中に大学に必要書類を申請するようにしてください。申請の仕方や必要書類は、「在留期間更新」のページを確認してください。在留期限を過ぎての申請は受け付けられないことがあり、最悪の場合、国外退去を命じられることがありますので、ご注意ください。

In addition to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the University Office will be closed during the summer holiday, from Monday, August 15, 2022, to Friday, August 19, 2022.
During this time, we’ll be unable to respond to phone calls or emails. If there is anything you need assistance with, please contact us on weekdays before or after the closure period mentioned above. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that any kind of certificate including the documents for visa extension cannot be issued during this period. Please check the validity of your current period of stay on your Residence Card and if your period of stay does expire in August, please request the necessary documents to the university immediately to apply for renewal. To find out more about how to apply, please refer to this page. If you apply after the period of stay has expired, your application may be rejected and, in the worst case scenario, you might be deported to your country.
