Geidai Account

By using a Geidai account, you can use the following information services.

Geidai Mail (Gmail)
- Regular students can use the @**.geidai.ac.jp email address.
- Non-regular students can use the @geidai.jp email address.
- A non-regular email address cannot be used as an educational institution email address. You cannot use student discounts or academic plans by registering your email address .
Geidai Account Google Workspace (Google Classroom, Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc.)
Microsoft365（Word, Excel, Teams, etc.）
Academic Affairs System (Campus Plan)
Library information service
Wireless LAN connection service
International wireless LAN roaming “eduroam”
On-campus LAN remote access (VPN connection) service

Change the initial password from the “Tokyo University of the Arts ID confirmation page (https://user.geidai.ac.jp/)” by using the password provided on the account information sheet handed out at the time of enrollment.
Set up a second email address (your personal email address) on the ID confirmation page above. *You can reset the password for your Geidai account from the ID confirmation page if you set up a second address when you forget your password or when your password expires.

After receiving the Geidai account information form, please change the initial password from AMC’s website(You can switch the language by clicking the bottom left box).
The password expires 180 days after the last login using the Geidai account, such as Geidai Mail.
(Account will be disabled if there is no login for 180 days from the last login date)
If you want to reactivate your account, please change your password.
By setting a second email address, you can reset your password even if you forget it.
If you have forgotten your password and have not set up a second email address, please apply to have your password reissued.
