Office Closure Info

The uni office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during the winter break (30th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025).
We won’t be able to reply to emails or answer calls during this time.

If you need anything, make sure to contact us on weekdays when we’re open.

Visa Documents

During the office closure, we can’t provide documents needed to change your visa or extend your visa period.

If you need to extend your visa, don’t wait—apply early!

Heads up:

• You can’t apply after your visa expires.
• If your visa expires, you might not be allowed to stay in Japan anymore.
